Christmas Countdown

Elizabeth is so excited about the Christmas Countdown Chain that she made at preschool today. She made sure to let me know that each day from now until Christmas, we are suppose to take off a chain. I am so glad to participate in this countdown with Elizabeth. She is getting so excited for Christmas and this is just one more fun thing for us to do together.

Punzel

We have been looking forward to the release of Tangled for quite some time now. Elizabeth gets so excited every time she sees the trailer on the TV. She runs around the house and yells, "I have to see Punzel!" Since Matt had today off, we decided that it would be the perfect time to go watch the show.

Once we got to the theatre, Matt and I surprised Elizabeth with a Repunzel doll.

We absolutely loved the show! I am so glad that Matt and I were able to take Elizabeth and share this fun time with her. It was such a cute show. Now we will have to countdown for the release on Bluray so we can enjoy the magic at home!

Grateful for Elizabeth

I am so grateful for my sweet, little Elizabeth. She is full of energy and has a heart of gold. It has been so fun to watch her learn and grow. She is such a blessing in my life. I love her snuggles and her giggles. She always keeps me on my toes...and I wouldn't trade her for the world! Words cannot describe how grateful I am to be her mommy.

Matt took some time with her and got the most amazing portraits. Below are some of my favorites...

Isn't she adorable? I think so!

Thanksgiving

On this Thanksgiving Day, I have so many things to be thankful for. I have two beautiful children and a wonderful husband. We have a nice home that shelters us from the elements. Matt has a good job with great benefits. We are all relatively healthy. We have extended family members that love us and support us. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, which provides us with guidance. Most importantly, we are grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ and for our loving Heavenly Father. We are blessed to have the atonement and the knowledge of Eternal Families. We are truly blessed!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that each and every one of you had an amazing day and that you were able to celebrate exactly the way that you wanted. I pray that each of you had a good meal and a wonderful time with your families.

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day. We were able to spend the day as a family. We celebrated at The Freebairn Home with all of our extended family. Karla and Kelly were so great and opened up their home to over 30 people. It was so nice to be able to see everyone and to catch-up with what has been happening with everyone.

I am so grateful for this wonderful holiday. It gives us all a reason to get together as a family and to remember all of the amazing blessings we have in our lives. Happy Thanksgiving!

Seven Month Portraits

I cannot believe that my sweet little man is seven months old. He has been such a fun addition to our family. We love him so much and cannot imagine life without him. We are so blessed to have this little guy in our lives. We love you Zachary!

Here are some of the adorable portraits that Matt captured.

Oh my gosh! Zachary just melts my heart. I don't think that I could love him more!
