Swimming at MeMe's

This weekend we took Elizabeth swimming at MeMe's. Elizabeth was so happy to see that MeMe, Grandma, and Uncle Bill were all swimming with her. As we walked to the pool, she was so excited to get in the pool but once we got there...not so much. It took quite a bit of convincing to get her into the pool.


At first we could only get Elizabeth as far as the first step.


But after watching some other children diving into the pool, Elizabeth decided that she wanted to jump in. I helped her jump into my mom's arms and before you know it she was swimming.


Elizabeth had a good time in the pool with Grandma, Uncle Bill, and MeMe. By the end, I think Elizabeth was a lot more comfortable with the water.


I had such a great time with Elizabeth today. I love seeing her experience new things. We will definitely have to bring her to the pool again so that she can get use to swimming.
