Finally Scrapbooking Again!

It was so nice to be able to scrapbook again. I have been so busy with summertime activities, family dates, and knitting projects that my scrapbooking has been put on the back burner...until today. During Elizabeth's nap time, I got all of my "to do's" done and had a little bit of time left...so I decided to pull out my supplies and get a layout done. I still need to think about the journaling but I am so happy with how it turned out. I really missed scrapbooking and will definitely try to make it more of a priority since things are starting to calm down for a little while.

July Scrapbooking Club

Today was my monthly scrapbooking club. I am always so excited to go and get some new ideas from everyone. Since Matt had today off he was able to stay home with Elizabeth for a little daddy-daughter time. It was fun to get together with friends and to get some pages done.

This time we had eight layouts to make. We used the 2 Sweet Simply Scrappin' Kit. I love all of the flowers and girlie stuff in this kit.

June Scrapbooking Club

Today I got to meet with some friends for our Scrapbooking Club. Matt was able to stay home with Elizabeth, so I got a way for a little break. It was fun to get together with friends and to get some pages done. Carolyn always designs some really cute layouts.

This time we had nine layouts to make. We used the Creative license Simply Scrappin' Kit. I love the colors in this kit. They are colors that I would not normally use together, but I think they work really well.

April Scrapbooking Club

Yesterday, I went to my Scrapbooking Club. This time I brought Elizabeth with me...and she did great! She played so nicely with the other children and was an absolute doll.

This time we had nine one-page layouts to make. We used the Sweet Nothings Simply Scrappin' Kit and the Raspberry Tart Designer Series Paper. The layouts were so cute...and used some really fun embellishments, like the new Corduroy Buttons.
