Playground with Savannah and Luke

Once a week, Elizabeth, Zachary and I have been getting together with some friends for a little play group. My friend Debbie has a cute little girl who is 2 1/2 and a little boy who is 10 months old. We usually take turns at each others houses; however, today we decided to walk to the park because the weather has been so nice.

Elizabeth and Savannah had so much fun running around the park together. Elizabeth loves that she can be the boss and that Savannah will follow her where ever she goes.

Our cute little guys mostly sat in their strollers, snacking and watching the girls play. I love that Zachary and Luke are only six months apart. I am hoping that they will be best friends someday!

At one point, I looked over and saw Elizabeth pushing Savannah on the swings. What a good friend!

I am so glad that Elizabeth and Savannah get along so well together. We always look forward to our weekly play date!

Thanks Debbie, Savannah, and Luke...for being such wonderful friends!

Living Planet Aquarium

Today Elizabeth and I had a play date with a couple of our friends from Gymboree. We met Melissa, Hailee, Jessie and Tori at The Living Planet Aquarium. I had never been there before, so I was excited to go and check it out.

Elizabeth was so excited when I told her that we were going to meet up with Hailee and Tori. She loves to play with other babies, and really likes Hailee. When we walked through the doors to the aquarium, Elizabeth saw Hailee and ran to her. It was so cute.

The girls had so much fun together looking at all of the fish and sea life. I have to say that after spending the day with Tori and Hailee...I realize that Elizabeth is a crazy girl. She spent most of the time running from one end of the aquarium to the other. She wanted to look at everything and would not slow down for one second. Tori and Hailee were perfect little sweethearts, calmly walking from one display area to the next.

It was so cute to see the girls together. They would crawl around and climb on everything in order to get a better look at the fish.

Elizabeth liked the touch and feel exhibit but she would not put her hand in the water. Hailee, on the other hand, was so excited to splash and play in the water.

The little harnesses that the girls were wearing were a help and a bother all at the same time. The girls were running around trying to see everything that they kept getting tangled on each other. It was probably hysterical to watch Melissa, Jessie, and I tripping all over each other trying to get the girls untangled.

Elizabeth and I had such a great time with the whole group. We are so glad that we were able to get out of the house and enjoy something new. Since Elizabeth loved the aquarium so much, I purchased an annual pass...so now we can go as many times as we want. I cannot wait to go back and make some more fun memories.
