I am so excited. Matt and I went out searching for a new point-and-shoot digital camera...and we decided on the Canon PowerShot SD 790 IS. I got it a couple of days ago and have been going around taking photographs of everything. I am so happy with the camera's performance. It turns on so fast, takes shots really quick, and the images are great! The camera has face-detection and has a really neat focus check feature.
I cannot wait to capture some really fun family memories with this camera!

Does the camera have a video mode? I hate my point and shoot...really, really, really BAD! I need to get a new one:)
We have the 770 and I absolutely love it, it fits in my pocket and takes fabulous shots. You will love this one sooo much.
