Easter

Elizabeth and I celebrated Easter with my family, since Matt was at work for most of the day. We spent the morning searching for Easter Eggs at my parent's house. Elizabeth had a blast running from room to room collecting all of the eggs. My dad did a great job of extending the hunt by re-hiding all of the eggs that Elizabeth had already found.


Thanks to Papa, Elizabeth found over 60 eggs, even though there were only 18 eggs in her basket at the end.


Elizabeth was so excited when she found a large basket full of all kinds of treats hidden behind the floor lamp at my parent's house.


Elizabeth's basket was filled with all kinds of candy and even some toys. Her favorite treat was the huge lollipop with a bunny on the front.


Elizabeth loved the little pink bunny that grandma and papa put in her Easter Basket. She immediately gave it a snuggle. She even carried him around everywhere she went for the rest of the day.


After our hunt at grandma and papa's, we headed to MeMe's house for another hunt and for a yummy dinner. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful family!
